01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ttjl Casino platform, including visitors, registered members, and VIP account holders. Access to and use of ttjl Casino is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ttjl Casino.

ttjl Casino reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where required by applicable law or regulation. 02 Eligibility

To register and use ttjl Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ttjl Casino or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion database applicable to online gambling in the Philippines.

ttjl Casino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ttjl Casino platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your ttjl Casino account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Notify ttjl Casino immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• Not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit any third party to access or use your ttjl Casino account.

ttjl Casino reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ttjl Casino supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ttjl Casino account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• ttjl Casino may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of the associated real-money balance can be processed.
• ttjl Casino reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud, anti-money laundering, or responsible gaming checks.
• Deposits made in error or without intent to wager may be subject to an administrative review before being returned.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ttjl Casino offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or hand. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a ttjl Casino account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of one or more of the bonuses involved.
• Abuse Prevention: ttjl Casino reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ttjl Casino platform – including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and sports betting markets – are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All electronic games on the ttjl platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. The conduct of live dealer games is governed by the rules displayed at each table and the decisions of the presiding dealer.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ttjl Casino reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed after the official close of a betting market, or on events whose outcome is already known at the time of placement, will be voided and the stake returned.
• ttjl Casino's decision on all game outcomes, disputes, and technical matters is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ttjl Casino platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the ttjl platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to ttjl Casino support immediately. Exploitation of known or discovered bugs is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ttjl Casino staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform for which you do not have authorization, or interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ttjl Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in connection with the account.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under the ttjl Responsible Gaming policy.
• A directive from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ttjl Casino reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ttjl Casino account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

09 Responsible Gaming

ttjl Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. 10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or market data.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ttjl Casino's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The ttjl Casino platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content thereon.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ttjl Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with ttjl Casino through our internal dispute resolution process. To raise a dispute, please contact our support team with full details of your complaint. ttjl Casino will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

ttjl Casino operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ttjl Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ttjl Casino platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The version of these Terms currently published at ttjl.one/terms-conditions supersedes all prior versions. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.
